Wildlife Photography

Wildlife photography shaped by patience, fieldcraft, and time spent in the landscape. From birds in flight to quieter natural moments, these images aim to capture the character, behaviour, and beauty of wildlife with a genuine sense of place.

Wildlife Photography

Quiet, patient wildlife photography from the Scottish Highlands, shaped by years spent in the forests, hills, rivers and coastlines.
Wildlife has always been part of my life, not just something I photograph. Years spent working outdoors have taught me to move quietly, wait properly, and respect the places where animals and birds live.

This page brings together wildlife images from the Highlands and beyond, from small birds and coastal species to deer, woodland wildlife and the quiet moments that are easy to miss.

My aim is not to over-process or over-dramatise the subject, but to show real wildlife in natural surroundings, with patience, fieldcraft and respect at the centre of the work.
A selection of images shaped by light, weather, atmosphere, and a strong sense of place. From wide Highland landscapes to quieter natural detail, this page brings together work made on the ground and from the air.

Selected wildlife images are available for prints, editorial use, local projects and Highland-based storytelling work.
